(a) The location was very close to the main square.(b) Upon departure the hotel clerk kindly carried my suitcase 40 meters through the construction project (below) to the taxi.
(a) No elevator. (b) There was a major street renovation project taking place in front of the hotel when I was there. The taxi could not get closer than 40 meters to the hotel. Bricks, stones, sand, and construction workers were everywhere, with loud machinery. When I pointed out to the clerk that if I had known about this noisy project I would not have booked this hotel, she kindly found a quiet room (#14) in the top back of the hotel for me, and I was satisfied. The next day, however, I was surprised to be charged "extra" for this room. The charge was fair, given the unusual street situation, but I think the hotel should tell the client of the extra charge before the client takes the room and not after.

We stayed in one of the apartments, which was perfect for us. We have two small children. Lots of space. The location is unbeatable, right next to Szechenyi Square.
